Returns & Refunds Policy

If you return goods to us, unopened, within 20 days of the day of delivery we will refund the amount charged. We do advise you obtain proof of posting from your local post office. We regret that no refunds will be given on products already opened. See our Cancellation Policy below for more details.

This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item(s) within a period of 7 days (commencing from the date the goods are received). This applies to all of our products. However we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for purchases where the item(s) has been opened.

To cancel an order, written confirmation must be made within this 7 day period. If you wish to cancel your order, please email to [email protected] and ensure you type “Order Cancellation” in the subject line of your email.

Goods must then be returned unopened within 20 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund for your order. All returned orders should be sent to the following address:


For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and obtain proof of posting from your local post office. You must ensure they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive the returned unopened item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item(s).
