Appropriate as food supplement. Swallow 4 tablets daily with some liquid. 1 tablet = 970 mg.
Does not substitute for a well balanced diet. Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children, adolescents and persons with coagulation-inhibiting medicals. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
