Application & Preparation
APPLICATION
Consume just before, directly during and / or immediately after the performance (1-2 teaspoons of powder in the sports drink).
PREPARATION
Take 1-3 teaspoons in a drink within 1 hour before and after or directly during intensive training. 1 portion = 10 g (1 teaspoon = approx. 5 g). As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
